Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Alamo Black Label Bourbon
  • ½ tbsp agave syrup
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters

Directions

  • Combine in an ice-filled glass, and stir
  • Garnish with an orange wedge

Rasta Rise Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Rasta Bob Coconut Rum
  • 6 oz. orange juice
  • Splash of grenadine

Directions

  • Combine rum and orange juice in an ice-filled glass, and stir
  • Add grenadine, let it sink to the bottom
  • Garnish with an orange wedge

  • 4 oz. Lime Cucumber Gatorade
  • Splash of lime juice

Directions

  • Combine in an ice-filled glass, and stir
  • Garnish with a lime wedge

cinnamon maple whiskey sour

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Alamo Black Label Bourbon
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. maple syrup
  • pinch of cinnamon, optional

Directions

  • In an ice-filled shaker, combine  bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon
  • Shake like there is no tomorrow!
  • Strain into an ice-filled glass and enjoy!

spice of life lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Rasta Bob Coconut Rum
  • ½  oz. South Town Chamoy Spirit
  • 3 oz. lemonade
  • splash of ginger ale

Directions

  • Start with an ice-filled glass
  • Combine ingredients and give it a mix

(Bonus Points: add some edible glitter to give it some sparkle!)

  • 1 ½ oz. Alamo Vodka
  • ½  oz. South Town Chamoy Spirit
  • 4 oz. ginger ale
  • 2 oz. Lime Cucumber Gatorade

Directions

  • Combine ingredients into an ice-filled glass
  • Gently stir and enjoy!

(Bonus Points: use a copper mug and garnish with chamoy and Tajín beforehand)

soto cosmo

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Alamo Vodka
  • ½  oz. South Town Chamoy Spirit
  • 1 oz. cranberry-mango juice
  • ½ oz. agave syrup

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  • Shake well and strain into a martini glass

(Bonus Points: garnish with a lime wedge and chamoy rim)

alamo hot toddy

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Alamo Black Label Bourbon
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 oz. lemon juice

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a mug
  • Add hot water and mix

(Bonus Points: float a slice of lemon on top)

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of pineapple sherbet
  • 2 oz. Rasta Bob Coconut Rum
  • Club soda

Directions

  • Combine sherbet and and Rasta Bob Coconut in a glass
  • Top off with club soda
  • Gently stir and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 oz. Alamo Dark Rum
  • 2 oz. of Rasta Bob Coconut Rum   
  • Lime juice
  • 1 oz. coconut water   
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • Splash of grenadine
  • Club soda

Directions

  • In a sturdy glass, muddle the mint leaves and sugar until the sugar dissolves before filling with ice.
  • Add the coconut rum, dark rum, fresh lime juice, coconut water, pineapple juice, and grenadine to the glass.
  • Add the coconut rum, dark rum, fresh lime juice, coconut water, pineapple juice, and grenadine to the glass.
  • Garnish with some more mint leaves and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Alamo Vodka
  • 2 oz. pink lemonade
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • Splash of grenadine    
  • Raspberries (for garnish)

Directions

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add everything but the raspberries and give it a shake!
  • Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh raspberries to add a burst of juicy flavor and a touch of elegance.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. South Town Chamoy Flavored Spirit
  • 1 oz. maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • Dash of cinnamon    
  • Ginger Beer

Directions

  • Start with a copper mug filled with ice.
  • Add South Town, maple syrup, lime juice, and cinnamon.
  • Stir well to combine and top off with ginger beer.
  • Finish with your favorite fall garnish and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Ellsworth Gin
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz. triple sec
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice   
  • Club soda

Directions

  • Add Ellsworth Gin, cranberry juice, triple sec into an ice-filled shaker.
  • Shake vigorously to combine the flavors and strain into a highball glass.
  • Top off with club soda.
  • Drop in some frozen cranberries, garnish with a lemon twist, and enjoy!

  • 1 ½ oz. Alamo Black Label Bourbon
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • 12 mint leaves

  • Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice
  • Shake like it owes you money!
  • Pour (don’t strain) into a Julep Glass

(Bonus Points: sprinkle with Tajín seasoning)

Ingredients

  •  1 ¼ oz Alamo Black Label Bourbon
  • Freshly grated ginger
  • ¾ oz fresh orange juice

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously!
  • Pour it all into a glass and top with your favorite
    lemon-lime soda.

(Bonus Points: add a half teaspoon of ginger paste)

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz. Alamo Black Label Bourbon
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • 1 tbsp of blackberry preserves
  • ½ tsp of honey

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients into a highball glass over ice
  • Top with seltzer

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Alamo Vodka
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • fresh blueberries

Directions

  • Combine a few berries and other ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  • Shake a pour into a martini glass
  • Garnish with additional blueberries

(Bonus Points: soak blueberries overnight in Alamo Vodka beforehand)

peppermint coconut hot chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Rasta Bob Coconut Rum
  • peppermint hot cocoa mix

Directions

  • Combine hot cocoa mix and hot water in a mug
  • Once the mix is dissolved, add Rasta Bob Coconut Rum and mix*

(*NOTE: Let the cocoa cool a bit. If you add the rum right away, the heat will evaporate the alcohol. Bonus Points: top it off with some whipped cream and coconut flakes. Extra Bonus Points: add a candy cane for a pop of color)

  • 1 scoop of watermelon sherbet
  • 1 oz. South Town Chamoy Spirit
  • lemon-lime soda

Directions

  • Combine sherbet and and South Town in a glass
  • Top off with lemon-lime soda
  • Gently stir and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Rasta Bob Coconut Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Alamo Dark Rum
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. grenadine
  • Splash of lime juice

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add Rasta Bob Coconut Rum, Alamo Dark Rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, and lime juice.
  • Shake vigorously to blend all the flavors.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top it off with your garnish.
  • Sip, savor, and let the Rasta Mama transport you to a tropical paradise!

  • 1/2 oz. vanilla syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  • Rim a martini glass with vanilla syrup, cinnamon, and sugar.
  • Start with a shaker filled with ice and combine your ingredients.
  • Shake vigorously to blend all the flavors.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • Sip, savor, and enjoy!

Dear friends, as we gather around tables laden with gratitude, our doors will be closed for the Thanksgiving weekend.
